What we collect
- Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, organisation).
- Project briefs, files and messages you share through the client portal.
- Billing records. Card and bank details are entered on our payment providers’ pages (Paystack, Flutterwave, Remita) and never stored by us.
- Anonymous, cookie-free page-view counts to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver services, issue invoices and receipts, and — only if you opt in — send our newsletter or WhatsApp updates.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, unsubscribe from emails with one click, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@yuramsoft.com.
